Welcome To Our On-line Registration

Here you will be able to register, render payment, and print out the necessary forms need to participate in AHV, Llc. beach events and programs.

Our Registration Process for all Beach Programs and Events is a
3 Step Process

1 - Print out the emergency medical release form (information pertaining to that can be found in the box below).

2 - Fill out the registration form below and click submit (sending the completed form to us)

3 - Render Payment (Once you click the submit button you will automatically be redirected to the payment page.)
* We use PayPal as our payment service. You do not have to be a PayPal member to use this service. Simply click on "Don't Have a PayPal Account?" at the bottom left hand corner of the screen to continue processing of payment.

Please print the emergency Medical Release form and have it notarized.
You may either mail the form in ahead of time or turn it in at the start of a lesson/program.

Note- The medical release form requires a notary. Only when payment is received are all slots confirmed and guaranteed. Any monies collected and applied as credit are nonrefundable. Aspire Higher Volleyball LLC. reserves the right to issue refunds at our discretion and or apply payments as credit. A 24 hour cancellation policy is in effect for all programs and events. If the policy is not upheld participants will still be financially responsible for the previously scheduled lesson/event. All invoices and schedules will be emailed directly to the parent(s).
