Thank you for selecting to attend the Aspire Higher Volleyball March Mayhem - Clash Of The Collegians.  Below you will find the on-line registration form for the event.  Please print a copy of the completed form BEFORE you click the submit button.  Please list the full name of each player comprising each pair (doubles team) for each flight.  For additional teams attending please List their full name and then select which flight they will be potentially competing in.  Should you not know the names of your teams as of yet you may leave them blank for the time being.  After submitting the registration form you may either mail payment in or submit it on-line.  Once your registration form is received we will send out a hyper link to the payment page should you wish to utilize the on-line payment option.  Mailing instructions can be found at the bottom of the form.  Please also email your school logo as it will be utilized for promotional materials, the event program and by the broadcasting companies that will be airing this event.  You can send your school logo to elv@aspirehighervolleyball.com  should you have any questions please feel free to contact us directly at 863-875-5708.
