Whether you are preparing to try out for your school team (and or club team), or are wanting to improve your skills, Aspire Higher Volleyball will help you prepare.

In all of our prep clinics we strive to teach each participant the most accurate way of executing all fundamental skills.  We work to increase each participant's understanding of their position and the game as a whole.  Our prep clinics also focus on increasing body strength through a variety of plyometric exercises and targeted conditioning.  We will build up your strength and your skills.
